Meet the Chef

with over 15 years of professional culinary experience. After completing his bachelor's degree in hotel management in India, he worked for renowned hotel chains worldwide.
He learned his art from the best in the hotel industry, such as Hyatt New Delhi, Shangrila Beijing and the Legendary Giardino Hotel Group (Ascona/St. Moritz) in Switzerland.
Since 2014, the Holi restaurant has been one of the top culinary addresses in St. Gallen.
At our new address in Metzgergasse, we promise: It can get even better.

UNIQUELY DELICIOUS EXPERIENCE

MODERN INDIAN THAT STAYS TRUE TO ITS ROOTS ... We didn't want to reinvent this distinctive cuisine, but rather reimagine it. We created an Indian menu that is more accessible by simplifying and modernizing popular classic dishes. We reinterpreted our dishes, whether through the way they were presented or through new recipes, always staying true to their unique Indian flavours and origins. With equal emphasis on meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes in varying degrees of spiciness, we ensured that our menu appeals to locals, tourists, and expats alike. Our menu has something for everyone. Nostalgic dishes that appeal to all the senses take guests on a sensory journey through the streets of Delhi or Mumbai, opening your eyes and taste buds to a new, yet familiar, world of flavors.
